Atrapan a un grupo de narcotraficantes involucrados en un tiroteo en las afueras de Barcelona.

Agentes de la Policía de la Generalitat-Mossos d’Esquadra de la Unidad de Investigación de Cerdanyola del Vallès llevaron a cabo la detención de seis individuos en Badia del Vallès, localidad situada a escasos kilómetros al norte del centro de Barcelona, entre el 8 y el 9 de septiembre. En el contexto de esta operación, se desmantelaron dos cultivos de marihuana en la zona. Una vez más, además del tráfico de drogas, se ha evidenciado el uso de armas de fuego como parte de la investigación, ya que al menos cuatro de los detenidos estuvieron involucrados en un tiroteo derivado de un conflicto relacionado con su actividad ilícita.
En concreto, el 8 de septiembre se arrestó a tres hombres y una mujer por alteración del orden público, en relación con un tiroteo que tuvo lugar el 17 de agosto. Al día siguiente, 9 de septiembre, se realizaron las detenciones de otros dos hombres, acusados de delitos contra la salud pública y fraude en relación con el suministro eléctrico.
Las detenciones se llevaron a cabo tras una extensa investigación realizada por los agentes de Cerdanyola del Vallès, motivada por el tiroteo que ocurrió el 17 de agosto en la Avenida del Mediterráneo de Badia del Vallès. Este incidente provocó una gran alarma entre los vecinos de la zona. La indagación permitió confirmar que el tiroteo era resultado de un enfrentamiento entre dos familias implicadas en el cultivo y tráfico de marihuana.
En el transcurso de la investigación para identificar a los involucrados, los agentes detectaron dos viviendas que habían sido blanco de los disparos y que podrían albergar plantaciones de marihuana. Entre otros indicios, los Mossos d’Esquadra comprobaron que las propiedades hacían un uso fraudulento de la conexión eléctrica, careciendo de un contrato y mostrando un consumo notablemente superior al habitual. Esta defraudación de electricidad superaba los 13.000 euros en total entre ambas viviendas.
El miércoles 9 de septiembre, se realizó la entrada y registro en estas propiedades, donde los agentes incautaron 385 plantas y 106 esquejes, procediendo a la detención de dos hombres. Previamente, el 8 de septiembre, los Mossos d’Esquadra habían arrestado a cuatro personas relacionadas con el tiroteo del 17 de agosto. Los detenidos son tres hombres de 35, 39 y 60 años, así como una mujer de 41 años.

Agents of the Police of the Generalitat-Mossos d’Esquadra from the Cerdanyola del Vallès Investigation Unit carried out the arrest of six individuals in Badia del Vallès, a town located just a few kilometers north of the center of Barcelona, between September 8 and 9. In the context of this operation, two marijuana cultivation sites in the area were dismantled. Once again, in addition to drug trafficking, the use of firearms has been evidenced as part of the investigation, as at least four of the detainees were involved in a shooting stemming from a conflict related to their illicit activity.
Specifically, on September 8, three men and one woman were arrested for public disorder in connection with a shooting that took place on August 17. The following day, September 9, two more men were arrested, accused of crimes against public health and fraud related to electricity supply.
The arrests were made following an extensive investigation conducted by the agents of Cerdanyola del Vallès, motivated by the shooting that occurred on August 17 on Avenida del Mediterráneo in Badia del Vallès. This incident caused great alarm among the local residents. The inquiry confirmed that the shooting was the result of a confrontation between two families involved in the cultivation and trafficking of marijuana.
During the investigation to identify those involved, the agents detected two homes that had been targets of the gunfire and that could house marijuana plantations. Among other indications, the Mossos d’Esquadra verified that the properties were fraudulently using the electrical connection, lacking a contract and showing a consumption significantly higher than usual. This electricity theft exceeded a total of 13,000 euros between both homes.
