Tres arrestados por su conexión con el violento homicidio en Isla Cristina.

La Guardia Civil ha procedido a la detención de tres individuos por su supuesta implicación en el violento asesinato de tres personas en el tiroteo que tuvo lugar el 16 de agosto en Isla Cristina, en la provincia de Huelva. En este trágico suceso perdió la vida una mujer de 62 años, una mujer de 39 años que se encontraba en estado de gestación, así como un menor de 16 años.

Las pesquisas llevadas a cabo hasta el momento, junto con las inspecciones realizadas en el lugar del crimen y el análisis de las evidencias recogidas, han facilitado la identificación de algunos de los autores vinculados a estos hechos. Las diligencias correspondientes siguen bajo el régimen de secreto de sumario.

Los agentes de la Guardia Civil han logrado localizar y confiscar un arma de fuego, cerca de 30.000 euros en efectivo, más de una veintena de teléfonos móviles, varios chalecos antibala, un dispositivo táser y documentación que establece su relación con los acontecimientos.

A las tres personas que han sido detenidas, actualmente en las instalaciones oficiales de la Guardia Civil, se les imputa la comisión de cuatro delitos de asesinato, incluyendo como cuarta víctima al bebé en gestación, además de un delito de pertenencia a organización criminal.

En los próximos días, los tres detenidos, hombres con edades comprendidas entre los 24 y 36 años, junto con los objetos incautados, serán puestos a disposición del Juzgado de Instrucción número 3 de Ayamonte, encargado de la investigación del caso. La operación sigue en curso, por lo que no se descartan más arrestos.

La investigación ha sido dirigida por la Policía Judicial de la Comandancia de Huelva, contando con la colaboración del Equipo de Ayamonte. Dada la complejidad del operativo y la peligrosidad de los implicados, se ha requerido la intervención de la Unidad de Especial Intervención (UEI), del Grupo de Acción Rápida (GAR), así como de un helicóptero, guías caninos y perros especializados.

Las primeras noticias sugieren que los arrestados están vinculados al clan de los Moriña, quienes han sido considerados sospechosos desde el inicio de la investigación debido al conflicto que mantenían con la familia Salazar. El líder de esta última, conocido por el alias de Baba, se encuentra actualmente en prisión a la espera de juicio por la muerte de un miembro de la familia opuesta.

The Civil Guard has proceeded to arrest three individuals for their alleged involvement in the violent murder of three people in the shooting that took place on August 16 in Isla Cristina, in the province of Huelva. In this tragic event, a 62-year-old woman, a 39-year-old woman who was pregnant, and a 16-year-old minor lost their lives.

The investigations carried out so far, along with the inspections conducted at the crime scene and the analysis of the collected evidence, have facilitated the identification of some of the perpetrators linked to these events. The corresponding proceedings remain under the secrecy of the investigation.

Civil Guard agents have managed to locate and confiscate a firearm, nearly 30,000 euros in cash, more than twenty mobile phones, several bulletproof vests, a taser device, and documentation establishing their connection to the events.

The three individuals who have been arrested, currently in the official facilities of the Civil Guard, are charged with four counts of murder, including the unborn baby as the fourth victim, in addition to a charge of belonging to a criminal organization.

In the coming days, the three detainees, men aged between 24 and 36, along with the seized items, will be made available to the Investigating Court number 3 of Ayamonte, which is in charge of the case investigation. The operation is ongoing, so further arrests are not ruled out.

The investigation has been led by the Judicial Police of the Huelva Command, with the collaboration of the Ayamonte Team. Given the complexity of the operation and the danger posed by those involved, the intervention of the Special Intervention Unit (UEI), the Rapid Action Group (GAR), as well as a helicopter, canine guides, and specialized dogs has been required.

Initial reports suggest that the arrested individuals are linked to the Moriña clan, who have been considered suspects since the beginning of the investigation due to the conflict they had with the Salazar family. The leader of the latter, known by the alias Baba, is currently in prison awaiting trial for the death of a member of the opposing family.
