En Francia, las autoridades de seguridad, tras llevar a cabo una serie de operativos en el territorio nacional, como la desmantelación de una red dedicada al tráfico de hachís en la zona metropolitana de Reims y la detención del blanqueo de capitales asociado al narcotráfico en París, han asestado otro duro golpe al crimen organizado gracias a una investigación sobre tráfico en el norte de la región. Una vez más, la droga tenía su origen en España.
La Police Nationale llevó a cabo una intervención en el hogar de un individuo en Saint-Pierre-lès-Elbeuf, al sur de Ruan, una ciudad situada al noroeste de París. Este sujeto había despertado sospechas entre los agentes, quienes lo habían observado en repetidas ocasiones circulando por toda la zona metropolitana montado en una motocicleta robada.
Con esta información y tras proceder a su identificación y arresto, se llevó a cabo un registro en la vivienda que permitió la incautación de diversas sustancias estupefacientes, incluyendo 168 kilos de resina de cannabis (hachís), 15 kilos de hierba de cannabis (marihuana), tres kilos de heroína, 620 gramos de cocaína, y 6 kilos de sustancia de corte. Además, en la propiedad se encontró un arma.
Durante la operación, se detuvo a una segunda persona, y ambas han sido recluidas temporalmente bajo las medidas judiciales pertinentes. En los interrogatorios, uno de los detenidos admitió ser el dueño de las drogas confiscadas.

In France, security authorities, after carrying out a series of operations across the national territory, such as dismantling a network dedicated to hashish trafficking in the metropolitan area of Reims and the arrest of money laundering associated with drug trafficking in Paris, have dealt another severe blow to organized crime thanks to an investigation into trafficking in the northern region. Once again, the drugs originated in Spain.
The Police Nationale conducted an intervention at the home of an individual in Saint-Pierre-lès-Elbeuf, south of Rouen, a city located northwest of Paris. This individual had raised suspicions among the agents, who had observed him repeatedly riding around the metropolitan area on a stolen motorcycle.
With this information and after proceeding with his identification and arrest, a search was conducted at the residence, which led to the seizure of various narcotic substances, including 168 kilograms of cannabis resin (hashish), 15 kilograms of cannabis herb (marijuana), three kilograms of heroin, 620 grams of cocaine, and six kilograms of cutting agent. Additionally, a weapon was found on the property.
During the operation, a second person was arrested, and both have been temporarily detained under the relevant judicial measures. In the interrogations, one of the detainees admitted to being the owner of the confiscated drugs.
