Contenido completo: El domingo anterior, fuentes judiciales detallaban en un extenso informe los vínculos de los diferentes grupos de crimen organizado que operan en Barcelona, con las redes del barrio de La Mina como protagonistas. En este contexto, los Mossos d’Esquadra han conseguido asestar un golpe a una de estas redes.

En esta ocasión, han sido los miembros de la División de Investigación Criminal (DIC) y de la Unidad de Investigación de Badalona quienes han confiscado siete armas de fuego en varios domicilios del área metropolitana, y han arrestado a tres hombres y una mujer por su presunta conexión con un tiroteo entre dos grupos rivales que tuvo lugar el 12 de mayo en el barrio de la Mina de Sant Adrià de Besòs.

Las labores de investigación permitieron identificar a los supuestos autores del enfrentamiento armado, así como varios hogares donde podrían estar ocultas las armas de fuego. La explotación del caso se llevó a cabo el pasado martes, 14 de julio, con ocho entradas y registros en las localidades de Sant Adrià de Besòs, Badalona, Barcelona, Terrassa y Maçanet de la Selva.

El operativo, autorizado por la Sección de Instrucción del Tribunal de Instancia de Badalona, Plaza 4, contó con la participación de más de 150 efectivos, incluyendo agentes del ARRO, de investigación, de Policía Científica, del área Canina y de Drones.

Como resultado final, los agentes procedieron a la detención de una mujer de 48 años y dos hombres de 40 y 64 años, además de incautar cuatro pistolas, un revólver, una escopeta y un subfusil, junto con abundante munición de diferentes calibres. Unos días después de estas tres detenciones, otro hombre, de 46 años, involucrado en los hechos, se entregó en comisaría y fue arrestado.

Es relevante señalar que gran parte de estas armas incautadas se encontraron cargadas en dormitorios, listas para su uso en cualquier momento y sin las medidas de seguridad requeridas por el Reglamento de Armas. Asimismo, se confiscó un chaleco antibalas, varias armas prohibidas como defensas extensibles y armas blancas, varios dispositivos de telefonía móvil y cerca de 40.000 euros en efectivo.

Finalmente, es importante resaltar que en el marco de la investigación en esta área, se ha constituido un equipo conjunto formado por agentes de la División de Investigación Criminal (DIC) y de la Unidad de Investigación de Badalona que permite intensificar la acción policial contra las redes de narcotráfico que operan en el barrio.

Full content: The previous Sunday, judicial sources detailed in an extensive report the links between various organized crime groups operating in Barcelona, with the networks in the La Mina neighborhood as the main focus. In this context, the Mossos d’Esquadra have managed to deal a blow to one of these networks.

On this occasion, it was the members of the Criminal Investigation Division (DIC) and the Badalona Investigation Unit who confiscated seven firearms from several homes in the metropolitan area and arrested three men and one woman for their alleged connection to a shooting between two rival groups that took place on May 12 in the La Mina neighborhood of Sant Adrià de Besòs.

The investigative efforts allowed for the identification of the supposed perpetrators of the armed confrontation, as well as several homes where the firearms might be hidden. The case exploitation was carried out on Tuesday, July 14, with eight entries and searches in the towns of Sant Adrià de Besòs, Badalona, Barcelona, Terrassa, and Maçanet de la Selva.

The operation, authorized by the Instruction Section of the Badalona Court of First Instance, Plaza 4, involved the participation of more than 150 personnel, including agents from the ARRO, investigation units, Scientific Police, the Canine Unit, and Drones.

As a final result, the agents proceeded to arrest a 48-year-old woman and two men aged 40 and 64, in addition to seizing four pistols, one revolver, one shotgun, and one submachine gun, along with a large amount of ammunition of various calibers. A few days after these three arrests, another man, aged 46, involved in the events, turned himself in at the police station and was arrested.

It is noteworthy that a large portion of the seized weapons were found loaded in bedrooms, ready for use at any moment and without the safety measures required by the Weapons Regulation. Additionally, a bulletproof vest, several prohibited weapons such as extendable batons and knives, several mobile phone devices, and nearly 40,000 euros in cash were confiscated.

Finally, it is important to highlight that within the framework of the investigation in this area, a joint team has been established, composed of agents from the Criminal Investigation Division (DIC) and the Badalona Investigation Unit, which allows for intensified police action against the drug trafficking networks operating in the neighborhood.
