Sin embargo, las acciones de las fuerzas de seguridad no pudieron evitar que comenzaran a implementar sus tácticas violentas en el país. En particular, en Madrid, donde llevaron a cabo un robo que les proporcionó un botín valorado en tres millones de euros. Ahora han sido arrestados.

De esta manera, agentes de la Policía Nacional han conseguido detener a seis individuos como presuntos responsables de delitos relacionados con la pertenencia a organización criminal, robo con violencia, detención ilegal, estafa y contra la salud pública. La investigación, según ha informado la Policía, ha evidenciado que los detenidos formaban parte de la estructura delictiva del Tren de Aragua, especializada en robos violentos.

Las indagaciones de los investigadores revelaron que dos de estos individuos estaban implicados en otro robo violento que tuvo lugar solo tres días antes. En esta ocasión, la víctima, que había llegado a España unas horas antes, se encontraba alojada en un apartamento de alquiler vacacional. Los delincuentes, armados con pistolas, lograron apoderarse de diversos objetos de valor e intentaron, aunque sin éxito, transferir fondos de la cuenta bancaria de la víctima.

En ambos incidentes, las víctimas fueron amordazadas y atadas de pies y manos con cinta adhesiva y bridas, manteniéndolas en esta situación de vulnerabilidad durante casi cinco horas. Durante este tiempo, sufrieron varias agresiones y fueron intimidadas por los asaltantes, quienes incluso les apuntaron en la cabeza con las pistolas tras cargar un cartucho en la recámara.

Paralelamente, se produjo un tercer incidente con características similares en otro apartamento vacacional. En respuesta a la resistencia mostrada por la víctima, que había llegado a España en los días anteriores, uno de los delincuentes disparó, causándole lesiones graves en la cara, poniendo en riesgo su vida, razón por la cual el caso fue asumido por los investigadores de homicidios.

Los agentes especializados en delincuencia organizada lograron confirmar esta situación al observar que su modus operandi consistía en la selección de individuos con alto poder adquisitivo, sobre los cuales realizaban vigilancias previas para conocer sus movimientos y rutinas, o con quienes concertaban encuentros en apartamentos vacacionales simulando diferentes motivos.

Además, esta organización criminal contaba con una gran cantidad de material que utilizaban tanto para llevar a cabo sus acciones como para lograr la impunidad de sus delitos, destacándose entre ellos armas de fuego cortas, elementos para ocultar sus rostros, placas de matrícula falsificadas e inhibidores de frecuencia.

Una vez establecida la identidad de los seis individuos que conformaban la organización criminal, la autoridad judicial autorizó la entrada y registro en seis domicilios relacionados con los investigados en Madrid, Murcia y en la localidad de Camarma de Esteruelas (Comunidad de Madrid).

Entre los efectos recuperados se destacó la aprehensión de un arma de fuego simulada, un inhibidor de frecuencia, dos juegos de placas de automóvil falsas, diversos relojes y joyas, 100 gramos de diferentes sustancias estupefacientes (MDMA y ketamina), varios teléfonos móviles y más de 2.700 euros en efectivo.

Por todos estos delitos, estos seis individuos fueron detenidos como presuntos responsables de pertenencia a organización criminal, robo con violencia, detención ilegal, estafa y contra la salud pública, y fueron puestos a disposición de la autoridad judicial. Se ha ordenado el ingreso en prisión de tres de sus miembros.

Full Content: The presence of members of the Tren de Aragua, considered the most violent criminal group in Latin America, on the streets of Spain was detected a few years ago with the capture of Cheison Guerrero, brother of the organization's leader. The next development occurred a few months ago when the National Police managed to dismantle the first major criminal cell of this Venezuelan-origin network. However, the actions of the security forces could not prevent them from beginning to implement their violent tactics in the country. In particular, in Madrid, where they carried out a robbery that provided them with a haul valued at three million euros. They have now been arrested.

In this way, agents of the National Police have managed to arrest six individuals as presumed responsible for crimes related to membership in a criminal organization, violent robbery, illegal detention, fraud, and against public health. The investigation, according to the Police, has shown that the detainees were part of the criminal structure of the Tren de Aragua, specialized in violent robberies.

Investigators revealed that two of these individuals were involved in another violent robbery that took place just three days earlier. On this occasion, the victim, who had arrived in Spain just hours before, was staying in a vacation rental apartment. The criminals, armed with pistols, managed to seize various valuable items and attempted, although unsuccessfully, to transfer funds from the victim's bank account.

In both incidents, the victims were gagged and bound hand and foot with adhesive tape and zip ties, keeping them in this vulnerable situation for nearly five hours. During this time, they suffered several assaults and were intimidated by the assailants, who even pointed guns at their heads after loading a cartridge into the chamber.

Simultaneously, a third incident with similar characteristics occurred in another vacation apartment. In response to the resistance shown by the victim, who had arrived in Spain in the previous days, one of the criminals fired, causing serious injuries to the victim's face and putting their life at risk, which is why the case was taken over by homicide investigators.

Specialized agents in organized crime managed to confirm this situation by observing that their modus operandi consisted of selecting individuals with high purchasing power, on whom they conducted prior surveillance to learn their movements and routines, or with whom they arranged meetings in vacation apartments under various pretenses.

Additionally, this criminal organization had a large amount of material that they used both to carry out their actions and to achieve impunity for their crimes, including short firearms, items to conceal their faces, fake license plates, and frequency jammers.

Once the identity of the six individuals comprising the criminal organization was established, the judicial authority authorized the entry and search of six homes related to the suspects in Madrid, Murcia, and the town of Camarma de Esteruelas (Community of Madrid).

Among the recovered items, a simulated firearm, a frequency jammer, two sets of fake car plates, various watches and jewelry, 100 grams of different narcotic substances (MDMA and ketamine), several mobile phones, and more than 2,700 euros in cash were highlighted.

For all these crimes, these six individuals were arrested as presumed responsible for membership in a criminal organization, violent robbery, illegal detention, fraud, and against public health, and were placed at the disposal of the judicial authority. The imprisonment of three of its members has been ordered.
