Detenidos cuatro traficantes que transportaban tres toneladas de hachís en una embarcación en Cádiz.

Título: Desarticulación de una red de narcotráfico con tres toneladas de hachís en una lancha en Cádiz

Funcionarios del Servicio de Vigilancia Aduanera de la Agencia Tributaria han logrado interceptar una embarcación dedicada al narcotráfico que transportaba tres toneladas de hachís frente a las costas de Cádiz. Como resultado de esta operación, se han detenido a cuatro individuos, quienes han sido ingresados en prisión, y se les imputan delitos contra la salud pública y contrabando de géneros prohibidos. Este operativo se ha llevado a cabo en uno de los puntos más críticos para el tráfico de drogas en la actualidad, tal como se ha informado en diversas ocasiones por fuentes judiciales.

La operación ha sido ejecutada utilizando medios navales y aéreos, formando parte de los dispositivos permanentes de vigilancia y prevención del narcotráfico y contrabando en la costa.

Una vez detectada la embarcación, una patrullera del Servicio de Vigilancia Aduanera se dirigió hacia el objetivo identificado en el radar hasta que logró establecer contacto visual, momento en el que la lancha semirrígida intentó escapar.

En ese preciso instante, el patrullero activó las señales acústicas y luminosas correspondientes y comenzó la persecución. Poco tiempo después, la patrullera logró alcanzar la narcolancha y los funcionarios de Vigilancia Aduanera llevaron a cabo el abordaje. En ese momento, se procedió a asegurar la embarcación dedicada al contrabando y la carga ilegal que transportaba, así como a la detención de su tripulación.

El operativo resultó en la incautación de aproximadamente 3.000 kilos de hachís, distribuidos en los típicos bultos de arpillera, así como la intervención de la embarcación y la detención de las cuatro personas que se encontraban a bordo: dos de nacionalidad española, una de nacionalidad colombiana y una de nacionalidad marroquí. Todos ellos, junto con los géneros y efectos intervenidos, fueron puestos a disposición del juzgado competente.

Se les imputan delitos contra la salud pública y contrabando de géneros prohibidos. La Sección de Instrucción del Tribunal de Instancia de Cádiz, Plaza 4, ha decretado prisión provisional para los cuatro detenidos. Las investigaciones continúan en curso y no se descartan más detenciones.

La operación de abordaje de una lancha semirrígida con una potencia de 1.200 caballos y que alcanza velocidades superiores a los 100 km/h representa una maniobra que requiere una alta preparación, coordinación y experiencia. Es una de las maniobras más complejas que pueden llevarse a cabo en el ámbito marítimo. La actuación de la tripulación de estas embarcaciones dedicadas al contrabando pone en riesgo la integridad de quienes luchan contra esta actividad ilícita, así como la de ellos mismos.

Title: Disruption of a Drug Trafficking Network with Three Tons of Hashish on a Boat in Cádiz

Officials from the Customs Surveillance Service of the Tax Agency have managed to intercept a vessel dedicated to drug trafficking that was transporting three tons of hashish off the coast of Cádiz. As a result of this operation, four individuals have been arrested and taken into custody, facing charges of crimes against public health and smuggling of prohibited goods. This operation has been carried out in one of the most critical points for drug trafficking today, as has been reported on various occasions by judicial sources.

The operation was executed using naval and aerial resources, forming part of the permanent surveillance and prevention devices against drug trafficking and smuggling along the coast.

Once the vessel was detected, a patrol boat from the Customs Surveillance Service headed towards the target identified on radar until it established visual contact, at which point the semi-rigid boat attempted to escape.

At that precise moment, the patrol boat activated the corresponding acoustic and visual signals and began the pursuit. Shortly thereafter, the patrol boat managed to catch up with the drug boat, and Customs Surveillance officials conducted the boarding. At that moment, they proceeded to secure the vessel dedicated to smuggling and the illegal cargo it was transporting, as well as to arrest its crew.

The operation resulted in the seizure of approximately 3,000 kilos of hashish, distributed in typical burlap sacks, as well as the intervention of the vessel and the arrest of the four individuals on board: two of Spanish nationality, one of Colombian nationality, and one of Moroccan nationality. All of them, along with the seized goods and effects, were placed at the disposal of the competent court.

They are charged with crimes against public health and smuggling of prohibited goods. The Instruction Section of the Cádiz Court of First Instance, Plaza 4, has ordered provisional detention for the four arrested individuals. Investigations are ongoing, and further arrests are not ruled out.

The boarding operation of a semi-rigid boat with a power of 1,200 horsepower that reaches speeds exceeding 100 km/h represents a maneuver that requires high preparation, coordination, and experience. It is one of the most complex maneuvers that can be carried out in the maritime domain. The actions of the crew of these smuggling vessels put at risk the integrity of those fighting against this illegal activity, as well as their own.
